Sector for project management ABOUT THE SECTOR
Within the Sector for Project Management, activities are based on following all currently open funds and EU programmes for which entities from the territory of the AP Vojvodina and Serbia can apply, as well as on performing all activities related to identifying, drafting and implementation of specific project proposals.
The Sector for Project Management provides support to secretariats of the Government of AP Vojvodina, University of Novi Sad, local self-governments, chambers of commerce, in selecting a proper fund and in creating project proposals in order for them to most efficiently use existing possibilities for financing project ideas.
Submitting the project proposal within an open call and satisfying all criteria of a proper project application makes only the first part of a job well done. A successful preparation of project proposal may result in approved financing by the European Commission. In that case, an even more complex step follows - the project implementation.
If an organization does not have sufficient human and technical resources to implement a project independently, the Sector for Project Management provides support in this case as well.
Through the activities of the Sector for Project Management, CESS strives to enhance the absorption capacities for using EU pre-accession funds and to contribute to strengthening the cross border cooperation with neighboring countries.
