"CESS Magazine, published by Centre for Strategic Economic Studies "Vojvodina-CESS" from November 2007, is a forerunner of serious research of regional development in Serbia. Having in mind that some regional chambers of commerce (Uzice, Kragujevac, Nis, etc.) are on that same lead, it could be said that Serbia has spontaneously moved itself towards new obligations that are issued from the process of European integration.
